We’re excited to announce that applications are now open for one of ADSA’s most valuable bursaries, designed to support early career researchers in our vibrant Drama, Theatre, and Performance Studies community.

The Victor Emeljanow Bursary
Supporting an unfunded Early Career Researcher (ECR) within three years of PhD completion to attend the ADSA Conference or other ADSA event.
Valued at $600, the bursary can be used towards any conference-related expenses.
Eligibility:

• ECR within 3 years post-PhD
• No institutional funding
• Submission of a cover sheet, 600-word extended abstract and CV

Judging Criteria:
Clarity and relevance to the conference theme, methodological rigour, significance, and originality.
Deadline: 1 September 2025
