Australasian Drama Studies Editorial Team Changes:
New Editorial Assistant appointed
Australasian Drama Studies journal is delighted to welcome David Simes as Editorial Assistant. David has stepped into the role following the departure of Jonno Graffam-O’Meara. We would like to thank Jonno for all his amazing work, and to welcome David into the role. As we all know, the journal relies on the goodwill and commitment of a volunteer team, and we are extremely grateful for both Jonno and David’s willingness to jump in and help out. Please see David’s bio below and loop him into all communications with the editorial team: david.simes@vuw.ac.nz
David Simes is a PhD candidate in Te Whare Ngangahau – Theatre and Performance Studies at Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington. Before Te Herenga Waka, David studied English and Theatre Studies at the University of Waikato. David is an active member of the Theatre community across the Tasman and beyond and is one of the Postgraduate/Early Career Representatives for ADSA, and for the AusStage Management Committee. David has guest edited Performance Paradigm (with Chris Hay and Sarah Peters), and his work can be found in the likes of Theatre Journal, Contemporary Theatre Review, and others. He is delighted to be joining the ADS editorial team.
Call out for a new Reviews Editor (Australia)
