ADSA Members and Friends,
We would like to draw your attention to the following ADSA prizes that are open and featured on our website:
- Marlis Thiersch Prize for research excellence in an English-language article or book chapter published anywhere in the world in the broad field of theatre and performance studies. (OPEN)
- Philip Parsons Prize for a senior student (honours or postgraduate) who has completed a performance as research project. (OPEN)
- Rob Jordan Prize for the best book on a theatre, drama or performance studies related subject published in the previous two years. Awarded every TWO years. (OPEN)
The closing date for these nominations is 1 OCTOBER 2024.

Please email ADSA Assistant Secretary Daniel Johnston (prizes@adsa.edu.au) if you have any questions regarding eligibility for, or administration of, ADSA's prizes. The nomination procedures differ for each prize, and can be found through the links above, along with details of the judging panels.
Please make sure that you forward this information to any colleagues and networks (noting the financial member requirement for nomination).
You may wish to note that a number of prizes have been updated this year, with new information about eligibility and the nomination process added. Please pay careful attention to the updated “Nomination Process” on each prize website, and ensure you complete the necessary nomination coversheet for each application along with all required documentation.
