ScenoLab Australia is a new national hub for researchers and educators in performance design, theatre architecture, and performance technologies. Run by and for Australians, we are an OISTAT National Centre, connecting Australians to the global community of the International Organisation of Scenographers, Theatre Architects and Technicians. We are launching ScenoLab in 2024 with a series of 3 free virtual talks featuring panel discussions with some of Australia’s leading performance designers, educators and researchers exploring the latest successes, challenges and innovations happening within Australian performance design education, research and practice.
ScenoLab has partnered with the National Institute of Dramatic Arts, the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Performance + Ecology Research Lab (P+ERL) Griffith University, and Queensland University of Technology to bring you this series.
